The puzzle of business.
The components of business are almost infinite and myraid; products or services to sell, customers to find, suppliers to find and credit to obtain, a site to sell FROM, controlling expenses and getting paid and hiring and training and keeping your name in front of every prospect.......Some days, it fits perfectly and the next day, though you are doing the same thing, it seems as though nothing works!
Such is the puzzle of business--it is a dynamic environment --not static!
While the SBA says b80% of all small businesses "fail" in their first year, it is more like 20% fail as the other 60% have revamped and perhaps taken on a new name.
IN my experience, I have found that most businesses fail to START their business on the premise of their WOW factor. Like a guy and gal lookng at each other for the first time, if there is lightening, or a thunderbolt or something to lock one into the gaze and soul of the other, this is equal, in the business world, to the WOW factor. Without it, a business is nothing more than a hobby. A hobby is not a bad thing, even if it makes one money, but it eats up a lot of time and energy that can be better used elsewhere in the hobbiest's world.
With the WOW factor, a business owner knows what he/she wants to do and only needs help getting the pieces of his/her puzzle not just put together but KEPT together. That is the job of the business advisor --of which I am one!
